ALCOHOL SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAM

MISSION STATEMENT

To promote a drug free lifestyle for all ages for a healthy community. Provide support, resources, and communication designed to meet the needs of Our People; the Seminole Nation, and our community while saving lives.


SERVICES
1. Intake & Admission Assessments (S.A.S.S.I. - Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory and A.S.I. - Addiction Severity Index)
2. Referrals to short & long term Residential Treatment Care, Detox Centers and Half-way houses.
3.Outreach to provide Prevention and Education on Substance Abuse issues.
4. Treatment Planning
5. Individual sessions
6. Future Group Counseling
7. Aftercare


S.A.S.S.I & A.S.I. Are assessment tools used to determine the level of treatment placement.
