SEMINOLE NATION TRIBAL/NATIVE AMERICAN PREFERENCE
Qualified Seminole Tribal Member/Native American Applicants will receive preference over Non-Native American Applicants. Priority in selection will be given to Native American candidates who present proof of eligibility for Tribal preference.

Verification in the form of a Tribal Enrollment Card or Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) must be provided with the application of a candidate who claims Tribal preference.

Seminole Veterans Preference. The Nation exercises Seminole Veterans Preference in employment. This preference shall be applied to applicants to distinguish between equally qualified candidates/applicants for a position after Seminole Tribal Preference has been applied.
